Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ELITZA-2018 EOOD, E-Mail: elitza2018ltd@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from exercising your right of withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you (the customer).

Exclusion or early expiration of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to perfumes and cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened, unsealed, tested or used.

Returns are accepted only if the goods are unopened, unused and in their original sealed condition.
